Lead Workshop at SNAC Emerging Leaders Program

Rodney will be leading an executive workshop this October as part of SNAC International’s Emerging Leaders Program 2.0, held in collaboration with Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. The event brings together rising leaders from across the snack industry for a multi-day experience focused on advancing leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.

Rodney’s session builds on a leadership program he originally developed as a 15-hour intensive for his company’s top client-facing leaders. In 2023, the University of Texas at Austin’s Human Dimensions of Organizations (HDO) invited him, along with Dr. Keri Stephens, to adapt the material into a one-day executive education course, which is still offered through the university.

Building on that foundation, Rodney now delivers a customized half-day workshop specifically designed for companies, trade associations, nonprofits, and professional services firms seeking to enhance the leadership and communication capabilities of their teams.

The program at SNAC will align with the broader goals of Emerging Leaders 2.0, including:

  • Driving collaboration and innovation

  • Cultivating strategic networks

  • Mastering decision dynamics

  • Inspiring and elevating teams

This workshop is ideal for those with management experience who are ready to deepen their leadership capabilities and make a broader impact across their organizations.

📅 Event Dates: October 28–30, 2025 📍 Location: Washington, D.C.
